7 dishes leading to simple weight loss

If you could thoroughly cook all the dishes that are required by the best diet you've planned - It would be cool. But you are a busy person.That's why you need a plan B. We suggest that your meal plan should contain seven dishes that will give you a faster way to lose weight. Use them when you don't have enough time or when you are just tired to cook something complicated. Think of them as the dishes which will allow you to stay on the path to those dreamed 6 pack abs.





1. Grilled chicken. This slowly prepared poultry is sold in almost every supermarket. It is a ready-made source of protein. And if you don't have time to prepare something, buy some your favourite vegetables and grilled chicken.

2. Ready-made chicken sausage. Another readymade source of protein: heat it and eat.

3. Simple Greek yogurt. Hold yourself from buy yogurt with fruit, because there is a lot of sugar in it. Simple Greek yogurt contains twice as much protein in two times less carbohydrate than a usual one. Сan eat it anytime.

4. Simple buttermilk. This Cultured Milk has the density between cream and yogurt. In plain yogurt the ratio of protein to carbohydrates is1:1. It also contains enough probiotic cultures for your digestive tract to work like a clock. I drink a glass of it each morning myself.

5. Chopped vegetables. Vegetables are helpful, but many complain that chopping them is a challenge. But we were lucky, many stores today relieve their customers from the necessity to cut. From chopped peppers and onions to pieces of Brussel sprouts - you can find everything you want in the store. Throw it in a pan or a steamer or just eat it raw.

6. Smoked salmon.  It has no carbohydrates, but is full of saturated fats and proteins. This dish will change your belief about "best diet food." This is my favourite non-traditional snacks.

7. Cheesy sticks. High-protein snacks are very convenient to take with you. They combine well with pieces of fruit and can be added to a salad. You should always keep sticks of mozzarella or cheese with pepper in your fridge.
