The desire to lose weight easily is worthy and deserving of praise, but to the absurd argument is not necessary! You always have to eat, because the food is fuel for humans. If you stop to throw coal into the furnace, it is possible to get diseases of the stomach and intestines, significantly undermining your immune system. 

For efficiency, it is sufficient to switch to low-calorie foods low in carbohydrates. On the proteins dwell not worth it, but better to eat protein foods than carbohydrate.
